To help make this an enjoyable weekend, here is a list of suggestions that we believe you will find helpful:

• Bring your own bed linens and towels (We suggest bringing your sleeping bag and using it instead of bed linens)
  If you choose to rent bed linens you MUST send in a nominal fee of $7.00 with your registration, or we can not promise you linens when you arrive.
• Bring a warm coat or jacket. The nights can be cool.
• For the same reason, bring an extra blanket, just in case.
• Bring a small flashlight.
• Bring a bathrobe; living is dormitory style.
• You will need all your own toiletries, including soap.
• Check-in will be from at 4:00 P.M. on Friday May 9th (DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER PLEASE!), to midnight, and again on Saturday May 10th, from 8:00 A.M. to noon.
• Friday night dinner is at 6 P.M.

And here are some reminders:

• Wear your nametag at all times (except for sporting events--not including ping pong).
• No smoking inside any of the buildings.
• Please park where directed to do so. No parking in the condo area.
• The registration committee should be made aware of any room changes.
